#mortagenews rates back in the 4's, wiped out early-February spike. We have Libya, oil, stocks, housing, and the economy to thank. New home sales dumped 12.6% in January. A story cooking for months: NAR has over-reported those sales for 10 years or more. More on this as it unfolds. Wal-Mart’s sales in the last 90-days fell 1.8%. Orders for durable goods in January tanked 6.9%. Growth, sure; self-sustaining, .. uh-uh

#politicalquiz http://ping.fm/OH0hM For political junkies, take 6 minutes to answer these questions in an online quiz and see where you end up on the political scale. You might be surprised. I found that if you take a moment to read the Queens English and think about what it's saying the test is pretty accurate. We at least for me!

After 30-days it will all be gone and your bed will have deeper looser & more fertile soil because of the earthworm activity. Why throw the paper away when you can recycle and help your organic garden at the same time

#wordsofwisdom I was talking to mtyFather yesterday and he said "Everybody's walking around complaining and crying about how cold it is and and how much snow we are having when they don't think about how blessed we really are. At least we are not having earthquakes where people have lost mothers, fathers, sisters, and brothers, as well as their homes. It's just a little snow. The snow will go away."
#mortageroundup Inflation concerns hit this week. Fed Chief stated that economy is recovering but the current level of government spending is unsustainable. Economic indicators while positive will not sustain economy. Markets reacted emotionally @ end of the week, higher commodity prices raised investor fears that future inflation may increase. As a result, mortgage rates ended significantly higher this week.
